Supranuclear Eye Movement Disorders

Supranuclear eye movement disorders are generally not associated with double vision and are therefore less often referred to orthoptists for diagnosis and management. The common supranuclear and internuclear eye movement disorders will be discussed with specific emphasis on how to diagnose these disorders, their correlation with disease states, and their management.
